To allow for the most complete diversity of paging using Quick Call 2, Motorola developed the following Code Plan Table.

Code Types are labeled B – V

Two digits represent the two reed groups that are used for the A and B tones.

        7 – First Digit: indicates the A & B tones will from reed groups three and one.

        2 – Second Digit: indicates the tone from reed group three will be 296.5 Hz.

        9 – Third Digit: indicates the tone from reed group one will be 539.0 Hz.
